For any legal action concerning these terms and conditions or this web site, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Los Angeles  County in the State of California, and you must bring any such legal action within such venue within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If you access this web site from outside of the United States of America, then you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between  VeesConsulting360 and you regarding this web site. These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between VeesConsulting360 and you regarding this web site. No modification of these terms and conditions will be effective unless VeesConsulting360 authorizes it. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy


VeesConsulting360 refund policy is designed to exceed state law requirements (for the Client’s protection) and be easy to understand: If you are unhappy or dissatisfied at any time prior to receiving the documents and/or services described herein, a consolidation or other result from the agency that VeesConsulting360 has assisted you with, then simply send a letter in writing and made through any of our support channels: email, to the VeesConsulting360 requesting a refund of your program. Please email venetreas@veesconsulting360.com with the following information:

  • ID Number

  • Your Printed Name and Signature

  • The reason you would like a refund

Our refund department is available Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST) and may take upwards of three business days to process your request. Refund requests are subject to investigation, evaluation and review for time expended by the VeesConsulting360 , work performed, including, but not limited to document preparation, telephone calls, research, file maintenance, etc. on a case-by-case basis. Once VeesConsulting360 completes its document preparation services, electronically files and/or sends documents to Client and/or Client receives results and/or acceptance into any agency, Client shall not be entitled to a refund unless subject to above guarantee or if Client requests such refund within their state statutory right. Please note: Refunds may take up to seven to ten business days to post to your account. This is a limit on behalf of most financial institutions and not the Company. Deposits are non refundable, and non negotiable.

Please this Privacy and Cookie Notice (“Privacy Notice”) below and learn how we collect, protect, share and use your information as part of our technology platforms, including, without limitation, this website (the “Site”) and related web pages and interactive features, and our social media pages. VeesConsulting360 is a private, for-profit company that provides guidance, counseling and document preparation services to consumers. VeesConsulting360 is not affiliated, endorsed or supervised by the any agency. The company provides private, fee-based services to assist consumers in identifying and applying for programs offered by the US Government. Many or all of the programs that the Company identifies and assists in applying for may be offered free of charge directly through the Agency’s Websites. This website makes no guarantee or promise of results, and is solely intended for educational purposes relating to Company’s services. Services not available to residents of all states. Call for complete details as available programs and services will vary based on consumer situation.

 

Information we collect on our site

Information You Provide To Us When you sign-up on the Site, you may provide us with Personal Information (information that can be used to identify you as an individual) such as your name, email, and telephone number. We may also ask you to provide information, such as your home address, student loan debt amount, and credit card debt amount.

Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Information. Whenever you visit or interact with the Site, we, as well as third-party service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Site is accessed and used (“Usage Information”). Usage Information may include browser type, device type, operating system, application version, the page served, the time, and the preceding page views. However, deleting Personal Information or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from us or third parties will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of transacting future business on a Site and for managing future communications from us and third parties. These deletions will not change or delete Personal Information already collected as part of a particular transaction in our database, which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Notice. We maintain PCI Data Security Standards. No data is shared and we protect any data that must be stored. We will only use our customers card data for the payment/s approved by our client and for the transaction.
